Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Poso Regency 2022

Data Requirement Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the BPS to identify statistical data needs and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been carried out since 2005. Respondents in SKD 2022 are consumers who receive services from the PST BPS unit face to face or come directly to the PST BPS and without face to face either by telephone, facsimile, e-mail, letters, websites, and online statistical services. In general, the aim of implementing SKD 2022 is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers as a supporter of improving the quality of statistical data and information. The SKD 2022 result is presented in the form of publications containing an analysis of consumer characteristics, an analysis of data requirements, an analysis of data quality satisfaction, and an analysis of service unit performance. The presentation complements this analysis in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
